We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with notice of any cancellations or rescheduling as soon as possible to allow other students the opportunity to fill your appointment slot.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will give us ample time to offer your appointment slot to other students.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment or fail to show up, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
If you have a pattern of 2 or more no-shows or late cancellations, we require half of the appointment paid at the time of booking for all future appointments. This is to ensure that our students are able to utilize their time effectively and efficiently.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we kindly request that you respect our time and the time of our students by providing us with ample notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs.
