How do I book an appointment?

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with notice of any cancellations or rescheduling as soon as possible to allow other students the opportunity to fill your appointment slot.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This will give us ample time to offer your appointment slot to other students.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment or fail to show up, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
If you have a pattern of 2 or more no-shows or late cancellations, we require half of the appointment paid at the time of booking for all future appointments. This is to ensure that our students are able to utilize their time effectively and efficiently.

We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, and we will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. We kindly request that you respect our time and the time of our students by providing us with ample notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of our appointment cancellation policy.

Children are not allowed on the clinic floor

To protect the supplies, tools, materials, chemicals, and products of Avanti Beauty Academy, children not receiving services are not permitted to be on the clinic floor. Infants in a stationary car seat are the only exception. Children will not be babysat. When a child has completed their service, they will be asked to wait in the lobby. If you have any questions, please consult with the front desk. Thank you for helping us keep Avanti Beauty Academy a safe and kind environment for everyone!

Only clients receiving services are alowed on the clinic floor

To ensure an optimal environment for both clients and students by maintaining a focused atmosphere. Adults accompanying minors may visit with the stylist to explain expectations, but will be asked to wait outside the clinic floor until the end of the service. If you have any questions, please consult with the front desk. Thank you for your understanding and support in upholding our professional standards at Avanti Beauty Academy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

We strive to create a welcoming and professional environment for all our guests. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, Avanti Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including those whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe. This includes excessive swearing, physical threats, or being under the influence. Avanti Beauty Academy is committed to providing services to all guests in a fair and respectful manner, and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
